Perched on the rocks, with its feet in the water. La Maison sur la Mer is situated on an enclosed 8,000 m² property in Santec, 3 km from the town center, in northern Finistère. Access to the beach is via its own private stairs, leading directly from the garden. The sea is visible from every room in the house, offering a panoramic view of the sea and the island of Batz.

The living room opens onto the sea. The granite fireplace takes pride of place in the center of the living area, with firewood readily available. The Stressless sofas face the waves. The Hoffman piano is located in the reception room of the Penty, a small adjoining Breton stone cottage that also houses a pool table, a separate kitchen, a mezzanine, a half-bath, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Outside, the patio furniture facing the waves is perfect for enjoying an aperitif at sunset. A swing and a children’s playhouse round out the outdoor area.

Pets are welcome, up to a maximum of two. A €90 surcharge applies and must be specified at the time of booking. ANCV vacation checks are accepted. For groups of 6 or more people, a €120 surcharge is added to the rate. Rates start at €1,800 per week.

Stays are from Saturday to Saturday, with the possibility of adjustments during the off-season. A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking, and the balance is due upon arrival (by credit card, bank transfer, check, or vacation checks). Except for reservations for July and August, for which an additional 30% will be due by June 1, with the balance due upon arrival. Reservations can be made up until the day before arrival, provided the villa is available.
