A recently built, detached architect-designed villa set in a landscaped, fenced-in garden of 1,270 m² in Plouescat, in Finistère. The ocean is 200 meters away, as are the coastal trails. The rental includes a 30°C heated indoor pool with automatic temperature control year-round, as well as a spa.

The large living room opens directly onto the pool through a large picture window. The living room features designer leather sofas by Roche Bobois, a fireplace, and a pool table. Upstairs, a separate living room with a sea view includes a two-person sleeper sofa and a play area. A real kids’ playhouse features a built-in 90 × 200 cm bed and two additional beds. The 50 m² south-facing terrace is furnished with teak furniture and includes a covered area with a hot tub and a barbecue area. A swing set rounds out the space.

Pets are welcome, up to a maximum of two. A €90 surcharge applies and must be specified at the time of booking.
ANCV vacation checks are accepted. For groups of 6 or more people, a €120 surcharge is added to the rate. Rates start at €1,800 per week.

Stays are from Saturday to Saturday, with the possibility of adjustments during the off-season. A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking, and the balance is due upon arrival (by credit card, bank transfer, check, or vacation checks). Except for reservations for July and August, for which an additional 30% will be due by June 1, with the balance due upon arrival. Reservations can be made up until the day before arrival, provided the villa is available.
